Gift Credit Terms
- No expiration. Gift credit, including any founding bonus value, does not expire.
- No fees. No service, dormancy, or inactivity fees are charged against a credit balance.
- Founding round. Founding bonus value is available only on credit purchased during the founding round. The founding round closes on a date announced in advance. Closing the round does not affect credit already issued.
- Cash balances under $10. Any remaining balance under $10 will be paid in cash (or by the original payment method) on request.
- Otherwise not redeemable for cash. Except as required by law, credit is used toward Gifts Now gifts, delivery, and add-ons.
- Transferable. Credit may be given to someone else. Email us to transfer it.
- Record of balance. Gifts Now keeps a ledger of every credit purchase and redemption. If you lose your confirmation, we can restore your balance from the purchase record.
- Availability. Each redemption is subject to delivery-area and date availability, confirmed before fulfillment. Same-day requests, premium upgrades, or add-ons may cost more than the credit covers.

Refund & Substitution Policy
Before your gift is prepared
If you cancel before preparation begins, you get a full refund to your original payment method, or as gift credit if you prefer.
After your gift is prepared
Gifts are perishable and made to order, so they can't be returned. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the gift or issue a refund or credit, whichever you choose.
Delivery issues
If we miss the confirmed delivery date because of something on our end, you get a full refund or a free redelivery. We can't refund an undeliverable gift caused by a wrong address or recipient information. In that case we will try to redeliver once at no charge.
Substitutions
Flowers, plants, vessels, and presentation details may vary slightly with seasonal availability. Any substitute will be of equal or greater value and matched to the style and tone of your selection. If a substitution would meaningfully change your gift, we will contact you first.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you submit a gift request or join our list, we collect what you give us: your name, email, and phone number; the recipient's name, city or ZIP code, and delivery address; the delivery date, occasion, card message, and any notes. We don't collect payment card numbers on this site.
How we use it
We use this information only to confirm, prepare, and deliver gifts, to reply to you, and to send occasional Gifts Now updates if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Gifts Now: Google (form storage), our hosting provider, our payment processor once payments open, and delivery personnel (the recipient's name and address only). We also share it when required by law.
Your choices
You can email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we will respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track
This site does not use advertising trackers or behavioral tracking, and it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
Security
We limit access to order information to people who need it to fulfill your gift.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date.

Terms of Service
Requests and confirmation
Submitting a gift request is not a purchase. An order exists only once Gifts Now confirms availability, delivery timing, and price with you and payment is received.
Pricing and tax
Prices are in US dollars. California sales tax and any delivery fees will be shown before you pay.
Delivery
We deliver in Los Angeles and select San Fernando Valley neighborhoods. Delivery windows are confirmed with each order. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed unless we confirm it.
Card messages
We may decline to include a message that is unlawful, threatening, or abusive.
Gift credit, refunds, and privacy

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
